We are pround to offer you five brands of Wagyu beef from Japan; Kobe, Ozaki, Ohmi, Kagoshima, and Tajima. They are mostly graded either A4 or A5 -the finest grades- with a BMS (Beef Marbling Standard) of 6-12.

Wagyu has the best flavour after 30+ days of wet aging (vacuum-packed). The most prominent characteristic of Wagyu is the fat marbling throughout the muscle fibres, known as "shimofuri" in Japanese. The fine texture of Wagyu provides an extremely tender, melt-in-your-mouth quality, and Wagyu is also known for its delicate taste, juiciness and sweet, full-bodied aroma.
